Resin Coated Sand

A venture by team of practicing foundry personnel to cater to the needs of foundry industry in critical applications of resin coated (pre coated) sands.

Delhi Foundry was established in 1959 by Mr. D.K. Jain in Delhi, North India. At that point of time, it was producing cast iron castings under the brand name of Delhi Founders & Engineers in partnership with two other companies.

• Delhi Foundry Industries has developed its VFT range of RESIN COATED SAND to eliminate veining and fusion defect in defect prone castings such as cylinder heads.
• RESIN COATED SAND for moulding application to give excellent surface finish.
• RESIN COATED SAND with controlled buildup to give light weight hollow cores with improved collapsibility for aluminium foundries.

Delhi Foundry uses high quality base silica sand / quartz, PF novolac resin and hardener from internationally reputed manufacturers. This helps to maintain consistency in the COATED SAND and ensures continual improvement in product specifications, thus resulting into a product which is superior to other brands of resin coated sand.
